With a background in startups and venture capital, Benedikt brings a numbers-driven perspective to scaling Sympatient. He leads the buildout of our operational infrastructure – from finance and care logistics to the systems that support a scalable healthcare company.

Julian shapes the structured care models and product tools that support Sympatient’s approach. As a trained psychologist, he focuses on developing scalable therapy structures that integrate clinical quality with operational feasibility.

Jan-Niklas builds the technology that powers Sympatient’s care operations. With deep experience in complex software architecture, he ensures that our systems scale with clinical needs, support care operations and enable continuous improvement across sites.
